About Us

Anepalco is a modern Mexican restaurant known for its creative flavors, fresh ingredients, and warm hospitality. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Busser to join our front-of-house team and help us create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Support servers and bartenders by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.

Refill water, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages when needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, patio, and service stations.

Assist in carrying food trays and running food when needed.

Ensure that all tableware is clean, polished, and ready for service.

Remove used plates, silverware, and glassware promptly.

Support the overall flow of service to guarantee a smooth guest experience.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures according to restaurant standards.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods of time.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Professional appearance and reliable work ethic.

Responsabilidades

Apoyar a los meseros y bartenders limpiando y reponiendo mesas de manera rapida y eficiente.

Rellenar agua, cafe y bebidas sin alcohol cuando sea necesario.

Mantener la limpieza y organizacion del comedor, patio y estaciones de servicio.

Ayudar a llevar charolas y entregar comida cuando se requiera.

Asegurar que toda la vajilla, cubiertos y vasos esten limpios y listos para el servicio.

Retirar platos, cubiertos y vasos usados de manera oportuna.

Apoyar en el flujo general del servicio para garantizar una buena experiencia al cliente.

Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad y sanidad de acuerdo a los estandares del restaurante.

Requisitos

Experiencia previa en restaurante o servicio preferida, pero no indispensable.

Capacidad de trabajar en un ambiente rapido y bajo presion con actitud positiva.

Buenas habilidades de comunicacion y trabajo en equipo.

Poder estar de pie, caminar y cargar hasta 25 lbs por periodos prolongados.

Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y dias festivos.

Presentacion profesional y responsabilidad laboral.
