Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Pay: $15/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees through mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering
• Keep common areas, sidewalks, and parking lots free of debris and trash
• Assist with seasonal landscaping tasks such as leaf removal, snow/ice prep, and planting
• Identify and report any property damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Communicate with onsite staff regarding maintenance needs or updates

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience with strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to work in extreme weather, lift up to 50lbs, and wear appropriate work attire (closed-toe or steel-toe boots).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Resume is required
