Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest - from taking both phone and walk-in orders, ringing the orders in the Point of Sale system, packaging the items, cashing the guest out and ensuring all orders are on-time and accurate.
  • Interacts verbally with all Guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
  • Suggestively sells appetizer, entree and dessert menu items by offering specifics and using descriptive mouthwatering adjectives when describing each item
  • Understands and accurate uses the POS (point of sale) system to clock-in/out, to process/input orders and complete end of shift procedures

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • Previous To-Go, Host or restaurant experience preferred
  • Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
  • English language and professional communication skills are required
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
  • Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge

Physical Demands

  • Mobility required during the entire shift
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
  • Ability to lift food bags and trays weighing up to 20 pounds
