Janitor

Staffmark is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to join a warehouse facility in Merkel, TX. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe environments and are looking for steady part-time work, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a fast-paced industrial setting.

1st Shift | $15.00/hour | Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse floors and surfaces
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch areas
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling properly
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Dust surfaces, clean equipment, and maintain general cleanliness
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of janitorial or custodial experience
• Reliable with a strong attendance and work ethic
• Able to work independently in a warehouse setting
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Resume required for consideration
• Must wear appropriate work attire (closed-toe or steel-toe shoes)
