Weekend Day Concierge/Shuttle Driver

Who You Are:

This position will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff and protecting community property. Will be able to calm anxious residents and remain calm in emergency situations. This position will also transport residents from building to building as needed.

Regular Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am - 2:00pm

(10 hours per week)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensure the safety and well being of residents and employees.
• Respond to fire, panic, and smoke alarms; notifying appropriate departments and agencies where necessary.
• Assist residents and visitors entering and exiting vehicles when possible.
• Keep driveway clear and check for illegally parked vehicles.
• Deliver packages as delivered to lobby.
• Transport residents, guests, visitors, from building to building when needed.
• Patrol the exterior of all buildings, including parking garage, and visitor parking, reporting and ticketing vehicles when necessary.
• Keep Residential Health and Wellness Director and Supervisor informed on residents' status and communicate daily or as needed with other appropriate staff.

This position is Part-time.

Previous Security or Concierge experience preferred.
