Pizza Cook

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, youll prepare pizzas and related menu items using fresh ingredients, ensuring quality, consistency, and speed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and portion guidelines
• Stretch dough, apply sauces, add toppings, and cook pizzas using deck or conveyor ovens
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to produce consistent results
• Keep your workstation clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
• Follow instructions from the kitchen manager or lead cook
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking ingredients as needed
• Work efficiently to meet customer demand during peak times
• Support your teammates to complete kitchen tasks and maintain smooth operations

Skills:

• Familiarity with pizza preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Basic knife skills and ingredient knowledge
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
