Join our dynamic team at 830 Clamatos as we seek enthusiastic individuals ready to craft exceptional experiences and unforgettable moments for our patrons. As a bartender, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service while showcasing your creativity and passion for mixology.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Prepare and Serve Beverages:** Expertly mix and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, consistently maintaining quality and presentation standards.

- **Customer Engagement:** Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Ensure the bar area, tools, and equipment are clean and organized at all times. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a tidy workspace.

- **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and assist in inventory counts as needed. Collaborate with management to ensure sufficient stock is maintained.

- **Cash Handling:** Accurately process transactions, manage cash, and utilize the point-of-sale system efficiently. Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.

- **Compliance:** Verify patrons' legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service. Comply with all company policies and state regulations regarding alcohol service.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

- **Knowledge:** Familiarity with various drink recipes and mixology techniques. Basic understanding of craft beers, wines, and spirits is a plus.

- **Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.

- **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift up to 25 pounds.

- **Flexibility:** Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are our peak times. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment is crucial.
