Position Summary

The role of a doorperson is crucial to create exceptional first impressions for our newly opened restaurant. They serve as the initial point of contact for guests and set the tone for the entire dining experience. A warm personality, excellent hospitality skills, and commitment to making every guest feel welcomed are particularly important for a doorperson. Their duties include graciously greeting all guests, opening doors with professionalism, assisting with directions and questions, and helping guests navigate to their tables or with elevator access when needed. Beyond their contributions to guest arrival, doorpersons maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the entrance area and provide personalized attention that makes guests feel valued from the moment they step through the door.
