Job Details Altair, an element-inspired restaurant, located inside Arlo Midtown, is looking for AM and PM server assistants to join the team.

Candidates must have a positive attitude, the ability to work with a team, multi-task & more. We are looking for server assistants with the ability to transform from cocktail service to upscale dining service.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Complete opening and closing duties such as setting up daily needed supplies, table settings & more.
Ability to lift heavy trays and move throughout a space.
Understand table numbers and seat numbers to ensure proper service methods.
Ability to show up on time.
Ensure the area is stocked with paper goods and necessary tools, and the workspace is clean and maintained throughout the shift.
Support serving in ensuring all tables have their needs met during the dining experience.
Full understanding of menus and offerings to guests.
Follow the steps of service for all guest interactions.
Report any engineering issues, safety hazards, or management concerns.
Complete end-of-shift paperwork, and all side work.
Perform other responsible job tasks asked by management.

* Experience is preferred but we will train the right person for this role. The most important trait we look for is a dependable person who cares about the team.

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
