Job DetailsCookNSolo, the Philadelphia hospitality group behind such celebrated restaurants as Zahav, Laser Wolf, Dizengoff, Goldie, K'Far, Jaffa Bar, and Lilah Events is hiring a Lead Bartender to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced candidate to become a part of our dedicated staff.
Direct responsibilities include:
- Efficient bar set up, prep, and cleaning
- Serving bar guests with the highest hospitality standards
- Maintaining service bar for the dining room
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Supporting fellow front of house team members
- Working closely with managers to oversee service, train staff, communicate with the kitchen team, and handle certain administrative tasks
- Leading by example at all times
- Guaranteeing product quality and service standards are maintained
- Developing and appraising staff effectively, and taking corrective action as necessary, in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy
The right candidate is exceedingly dependable, puts forth a great attitude, is looking to both learn and grow every day, and is committed to the guest experience.
