About us:
Saisons Sucrees (Sweet Seasons) is a new high-end patisserie and cafe serving refined and innovative French pastry, bread, sandwiches, chocolate, coffee and tea.
The role:
A unique opportunity to be part of the opening team, work with Michelin-starred chefs, and expand your skill-set in the production of refined pastry, laminated doughs and breads.

Responsibilities:
- Reports to the the Executive Pastry Chef and is responsible for the daily production of breads, Viennoiserie and pastry
- Maintain cleanliness of all workstations
- Adhere to all Dept. of Health regulations and health and hygiene standards as set forth in the employee handbook
Requirements:
- Pastry/Boulangerie certificate or degree from a reputable institution
- Willing to work bakery hours (early mornings)
- Experience with the following: Bread, Viennoiserie, lamination
- Basic experience with: Choux, Sponges, Short crusts, Mousses, creams and fillings, Entremets, Macarons, Confiserie, Chocolate work, etc.

Pay: $58,700.00 - $70,000.00 per year
