The Pheasant is looking to hire a full time line cook who has previous experience cooking in high volume, fast paced kitchens and has a desire to be part of a dynamic tight knit team. The right candidate is interested and passionate in working with locally sourced ingredients from farmers and fishermen across the Cape with whom we have direct relationships. Two years experience cooking in high volume settings preferred but we are happy to train someone with a great attitude and work ethic. We are looking for someone who will be available to work through the end of the year, if not longer.
