Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance

Facility and Property maintenance of buildings and grounds including sweeping, trash and debris removal, light building maintenance, painting, snow removal, hedge trimming, window cleaning, etc. to ensure first class condition.
-Report maintenance concerns to Property Management.
-Order supplies.

-Valid NYS driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the work day, a truck helpful but not required.
-Experience with tools.

Part-time weekdays - hours and days vary
Pay is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
