Core Clean = $300 job +$30 bonus
Complete Care = $450 job +$45 bonus
Guaranteed tips: $10 (Core Clean) / $20 (Complete Care)

You must have:
2+ years cleaning in luxury settings (hotel, private estates, high-end residential)
Ability to travel to Manhattan & LIC
Independent Contractor (1099) status
