Airbnb Cleaner $15$20/hr Flexible Schedule Immediate Start

Globenest LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our Vacation Rental team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can multitask, and enjoys creating a clean welcoming environment for guests.

Cleaners will ensure our Airbnb units meet company standards and are fully guest-ready.

Pay Rate: $15.00 $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexible, based on guest check-ins and check-outs. Must be able to complete cleans efficiently within company-standard timeframes (details provided during onboarding)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Airbnb units)

Key Responsibilities:
-Clean units after guest stays (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, hallways...).
-Meet cleaning timelines for each unit size.
-Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues promptly.
-Coordinate and notify team when supplies are running low.
-Restock and prepare units according to company SOPs.
-Work with the team and adapt to last-minute requests.
-Carry out ad-hoc task related to the unit

Requirements:
- Must have previous cleaning experience (Airbnb or hospitality preferred).
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Must provide a valid ID or passport and be willing to undergo a background check.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow company standards.
- Dependable, accountable punctual, and professional.
- Immediate availability required.
