Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician (3 month temp assignment)
Location: Northwest Houston, TX 77041
Schedule: mon-fri
Pay Rate: 24 hr

Position Summary: have stand-up forklift experience
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and be comfortable performing a variety of facility upkeep tasks, including equipment setup, laundry, housekeeping duties, and grounds maintenance. Stand-up forklift experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance duties including minor repairs, painting, and equipment replacements

• Operate and maintain stand-up forklift for material handling and equipment movement

• Assist with housekeeping functions such as laundry, sweeping, and sanitizing areas

• Set up and break down equipment as needed for facility operations

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of building and grounds

• Monitor and report maintenance needs or safety hazards to supervisor

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance or related field

• Must have stand-up forklift experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
