Hiring a Hotel Maintenance Technician

Hiring for a Maintenance Technician. Pay is $16-20 per hour depending on experience. Flexible with start and end time. Can be full time or part time.

Responsibilities:
-Caulk bathrooms and fixtures
-Clean and service PTAC (A/C) units
-Replace or install toilet wax rings
-Monitor and replace building air filters.
-Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
-Troubleshoot a variety of issues as they arise and assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.
-Keep tools and work areas organized; report larger issues to management.
