A Day In The Brunch Life

As a Service Bartender with Hash Kitchen, you will support your fellow Squad members by preparing drinks from our fun and creative beverage menu. You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our service staff to deliver to our guests. You will clean, stock, and keep the bar well organized for superb functionality. This position is a part time position

  • Open and close the bar following the Hash Kitchen standard operating procedure
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Hash Kitchen drink recipes
  • Arrange and maintain liquor program functionally to execute drink preparation
  • Organize, clean, stock, and prep bloody Mary cart
  • Clean and sanitize the bar areas, equipment, and surrounding work areas.
  • Oversee bar maintenance and report any equipment issues to the restaurant management
  • Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management
