Title: Downtown Winston Salem Partnership-General Cleaner
Hours : Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm (Works 8 hrs a day-Never after dark. Start time changes during fall and winter months)

Pay Rate: $12.75 per hour
Location : Downtown Winston Salem
Lifting Requirements : Must be able to lift 35 lbs. repetitively.
Experience Required : 1-3 years preferably but will train the right candidate
Responsibilities : Empty Trash cans as needed daily, pick up trash, debris, waste daily, leaf blowing, secure and clean furniture at the end of the day, spot clean through the day, put umbrellas down and secure, clean tables daily at end of day, set up all furniture at the beginning of shift. Seasonal snow removal from walking paths.

Requirements : Must pass criminal background and drug screenings, would prefer a valid NC Driver's license with good driving record to drive company vehicle. Cleaner Janitorial
