Custodial Maintenance Worker

Position Details:

• Perform a wide range of custodial duties in a LEAD certified facility while maintaining high safety standards
• Clean restrooms daily
• Empty garbage and recycling bins daily
• Break down cardboard boxes and shipping materials eligible for recycling
• Remove garbage and recyclables from the facility and place in the appropriate dumpsters
• Vacuum office area carpet
• Sweep cafeteria and production floors
• Scrub applicable production area floors with automatic floor machinery
• Wipe down conference room and cafeteria tables and counters
• Clean inside cafeteria microwaves and refrigerators with mild bleach solution
• Clean gym and locker rooms
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role

Physical Demands:

• Normal working conditions absent extreme factors
• Must be able to see well enough to read reports, send emails, etc.
• Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers and fellow employees
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs periodically
• Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
