Schedule: Full-time | 11:30 AM 8:00 PM | Weekdays + Weekends
Pay: $20.77/hr + $4.93/hr Health & Welfare Benefit (cash payout option if you have your own insurance)

What Youll Do:

As the Food Service Attendant Lead, you will:

* Lead the crew & assist the Food Service Manager

* Keep the dining facility clean, sanitary, and safe

* Help with scheduling, training, and coaching team members

* Handle reports (schedules, attendance, evaluations, etc.)

* Ensure quality service and correct any QC issues

* Perform food service tasks (washing dishes, stocking, cashiering, cleaning, etc.)

* Provide great customer service with a positive, professional attitude

* Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

* 6+ months food service experience preferred

* 6+ months lead/supervisory experience (food service a plus)

* Experience with scheduling & documentation

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

* Lift/move up to 40 lbs

* Standing, kneeling, reaching, repetitive motions for several hours

* Ability to work effectively under pressure

Requirements:

Valid state drivers license (must qualify under Tessera insurance)

Ability to obtain and maintain base access & security clearance (background check + E-Verify)
