About the Role
St. Peters Health Partners is hiring a Retail Food Service Worker to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service , preparing fresh, high-quality food, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food and beverages
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter or register
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Assist with stocking, prep work, and kitchen support as needed
- Work collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adheres to SPHP's code of conduct
Qualifications
- Experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for fresh food and creating a positive dining experience
- Read, write and speak English at a minimum 6th grade level
- Follow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills

Pay Range:$16.20-$19.35
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
