The Dinex Group is seeking a poised and professional Runner to join the team at its Michelin-starred Japanese Omakase restaurant.

The Runner plays a vital role in supporting Servers and Sommeliers during service and set-up, ensuring a seamless dining experience at the highest level. The ideal candidate will have an innate sense of hospitality, a polished and graceful presence, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both guests and colleagues. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for excellence in fine dining are essential.

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

• Deliver dishes promptly and accurately to the correct seat numbers, ensuring precise and elegant service

• Clear plates and settings in an unobtrusive and refined manner, maintaining the flow of service

• Maintain fully stocked and pristine work areas, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout service

• Contribute to the restaurants refined ambiance with an attentive, polished, and professional demeanor

• Support Servers and Sommeliers to ensure all guest needs are met seamlessly and without delay

• Complete all side work as assigned by management with efficiency and precision

• Arrive punctually, in proper uniform, prepared to uphold the restaurants standards of excellence

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; stand for prolonged periods; climb steps regularly

• Ability to maneuver with grace through work areas and perform physical tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Minimum of 12 years of fine dining experience required (Michelin-star or Japanese restaurant experience strongly preferred)

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
