Job Description As a bartender, youll craft signature and classic cocktails with precision, engage with guests at the bar and in the dining areas, and bring energy and professionalism to every shift. You will work closely with our team to maintain exceptional service standards while keeping the bar running efficiently and stocked at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and standards

  • Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure a memorable experience

  • Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including stocking and replenishing inventory

  • Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system

  • Coordinate with servers and support staff to ensure timely service

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

  • Assist in developing and promoting seasonal or specialty cocktails

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume environment

  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation techniques

  • Excellent communication and guest service skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure

  • Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and regulations
