Job DetailsPosition Overview: The Host is the first point of contact for our members and guests entering the dinning spaces. This role is central to the seamless coordination of reservations, dining room and bar flow, and overall guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for creating a warm, gracious welcome and ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome members and their guests with professionalism and poise
Manage and organize reservations using CRM software
Oversee the flow and seating of the dining room and bar to maximize guest experience and operational efficiency
- Assist in the marking, resetting, and clearing of tables between turns
Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure smooth transitions and table turnovers
Provide attentive, personalized service with an eye for detail
Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and club-specific protocols
Represent the values and atmosphere of the venue at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or hospitality role (fine-dining environment preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and a warm, engaging personality
Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Flexible schedule availability
Schedule:
2 to 4 shifts per week
Evening and weekend availability preferred
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $400
