Beerline Cafe Needs Counter/Barista/Beverage

We are currently in need of part time and full time front counter workers who also serve as baristas, smoothie and juice makers and customer service providers. Shifts are weekday and weekend mornings and afternoons. Weekend availability is required. Pay is based on an hourly rate plus tip share and will average a total of $18 to $20/hr to start, with a guaranteed minimum $17/hour. Ideal candidates are energetic, focused, able to multitask and handle high volume output while maintaining quality standards.

We are a fast-casual, vegetarian/vegan, diverse, eco-conscious scratch kitchen with a unique menu focusing on sweet and savory crepes, paninis, salads and more with ever changing specials.

Qualified Applicants Only:
Barista experience is helpful but not required
Ability to follow recipes, chop veggies, etc.
A desire to provide the best possible customer service experience (you need to be someone who is ALWAYS friendly to customers, regardless of situation or how busy we are)
Plays well with co-workers
Excellent cleanliness, sanitation and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision
Weekend availability is required
