Co Nam is a Vietnamese-inspired eatery and cocktail bar in Oaklands Temescal neighborhood, where bold flavors meet creative drinks in a warm, community-focused atmosphere. Were proud of our vibrant cocktail program, rooted in craft, technique, and storytelling.

Position: Bartender
Were looking for an experienced and engaging bartender to join our front of house team. At Co Nam, bartenders are more than drink-makerstheyre hosts, guides, and storytellers who bring our food and beverage program to life.

Responsibilities
Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
Provide genuine, welcoming hospitality at the bar and for dining guests
Share knowledge of our menu and guide guests through food and drink pairings
Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and stock levels
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented service culture

Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or craft cocktail environment
Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and bar technique
Excellent communication and hospitality skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Availability for evenings, weekends, and late nights
