Bartender at a High-End Restaurant

We are currently seeking an experienced, Bartender to join our teamat our historic Forepaugh's Restaurant!

Essential Functions:

• Provide the highest quality of service to the guests at all times
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests
• Ensures proper execution of recipe procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
• Verify the identification and age of customers
• Keeps entire bar area clean; stocks and sets up station
• Breaks down and cleans station thoroughly every day
• Learning or creating recipes for cocktails
• Possessing strong people skills
• Maintains the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift
• Being observant, detail-oriented, and courteous
• Processing payments
• Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership

• Minimum of 1 year related food service experience preferred
• Outstanding guest service skills
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
• Ability to do simple arithmetic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Successfully pass a criminal background check
