We have an incredible opening for a Concierge to join our team! This is a vital role in assisting with a variety of customer service and administrative duties and a fantastic way to grow your career in a meaningful environment that values you and your unique contributions!
Our Concierge:
- Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
- Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned
- Provides exceptional customer service to our team
- Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
- Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
- Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
- At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
