Property Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a technician to join our maintenance team. Looking for someone with experience in many trades. Individuals with plumbing, tile, drywall, and painting experience will be prioritized in our hiring.

Expected hours: 36 40 per week

Schedule: 8 hour shifts (Monday - Friday)

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs, etc.
• Troubleshoot problems and repairs
• Completion of maintenance workorders
• Assessing scope of work required and materials needed to complete a maintenance task
• Making purchases for maintenance tasks
• Submitting proper documentation for purchases
• Documenting completed work in software program (pictures, descriptions, etc.)
• Cleaning up after repair work is completed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States
• Strong multi-skill handyman background experience required (3-5 years)
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship/craftsmanship
• Strong work ethic paired with honesty and integrity
• Strong communication skills (English preferred)

• Basic electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches, etc.)
• Basic plumbing (stoppages, leaks, fittings, garbage disposals, toilets, etc.)
• Basic painting-interior and exterior
• Basic carpentry (door, trim, casing, etc.)
• Basic sprinkler repair
• Basic tile work and flooring repair
• Basic drywall repair
• Basic custodial (clean up after yourself when repairs are completed)
• Must be willing to work with other team members as well as independently.
