We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail oriented receptionist / office clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contract for visitors and callers, manage front desk operations, enter clerical data, and provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answers screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
- Assists with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and company events.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Quickbooks is preferred.
- Professionals appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Dependable, punctual, and proactive.
