Busser/Food Runner

Salt and Olive is a high volume Italian fusion restaurant and bar in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. As we continue to grow, we are in need of a few new family members to join our team.

Bussers are responsible for:

Clearing and wiping down/resetting tables

Stocking and polishing dish ware

Helping support FOH staff with running side work throughout shift

At least one year of restaurant experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate

We are in need of 3-4 shifts a week, weekends are a must- Day and night shifts available

This position is hourly pay DOE plus tips
