The Foster Brook Creamery is seeking a part-time Assistant Cook. Responsibilities include the following:
Take food/ice cream orders from patrons
Enter orders into POS system
Take credit card/cash orders and make change
Cook on a flat top griddle or use fryers to cook food
Prep food for the day (use of sharp objects and machinery)
Clean tables and sweep floors
Put away inventory that is delivered that day
Follow recipes for homemade items
Standing, bending, or squatting for entire shift. Must be able to withstand hot temperatures as it is hot in the kitchen area
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Wash dishes, put them away
Must have transportation to and from work
Must wear close toed sneakers/shoes appropriate for the kitchen
