Set up and break down banquet tables for special events, demonstrating banquet experience. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the service period. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is advantageous.
