Job Summary
Head Custodian III - Fulltime with benefits
PCN# 000106
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, site principal or designee, clean and maintain an assigned school facility, group of buildings, or office space in a sanitary, orderly, and reasonable, timely manner. Participates in the custodial and light maintenance work found at a school site or equivalent site. Oversees and under general supervision, independently performs/supervises personnel to provide a safe and high quality learning environment for students and staff. Custodian III is recognized as a very skilled custodial worker who may delegate routine work, conduct training as necessary. Custodian III is generally assigned work primarily at a single site (K-6) in a head custodial capacity or a secondary night lead position.
**5% pay differential based on contract agreement per shift hours.
Work hours vary depending on shift from 6 am - 11:45pm
Requirements / Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Sufficient training and experience demonstrating the knowledge and abilities listed above.
* 3 years experience performing a variety of custodial duties and/or experience with maintenance or equipment is recommended.
Valid California driver's license
