Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Janitorial Worker to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, offices, and warehouse areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and organized environment. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and offices. Pick up plastic, dust areas, wipe down poles and railings. Mop floors, clean bathrooms, take out trash, and tidy offices. Conduct tasks involving bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, and walking throughout the shift. Work in a large facility, comfortable around warehouse employees and forklifts. Essential Skills Proficiency in janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Experience in trash removal, floor care, and sanitation. Comfortable working in environmental service settings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in restaurant food service and customer service is beneficial. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy environment. Work Environment You will be working inside a climate-controlled warehouse from Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. While you will work alone, you will have direct contact with supervisors via cell phone throughout your shift. The job starts with stocking areas and progresses to cleaning tasks across the warehouse floor. Safety is a priority, so safety-toed shoes, vests, and eye protection are required. Please adhere to a dress code that prohibits jewelry, watches, and rings, and ensure clothing is appropriate with no tears. Long pants are mandatory and hair should be maintained above the collar. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
