Customer Service Associate - Inside Sales & Warehouse Support Location: Longmont, CO Pay: $18-$20/hour (based on experience) Full-Time | In-Person Are you a motivated, hands-on individual who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're a growing small business in Longmont, CO, looking for a Customer Service Associate who can wear multiple hats from handling customer inquiries to supporting sales and pitching in with warehouse operations. What You'll Do: Customer Service Provide support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and complaints Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while delivering accurate information Use CRM software to track interactions and ensure timely follow-up Inside Sales Contact leads and existing customers to understand needs and recommend solutions Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and help close deals Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate with marketing and support teams Warehouse Support Pick, pack, receive, and ship orders accurately and efficiently Help maintain inventory accuracy using scanning and tracking systems Follow all safety procedures and operate warehouse equipment when needed We're Looking For Someone Who: Is a go-getter with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset Is comfortable multitasking across customer service, sales, and warehouse tasks Has great communication skills and a positive attitude Thrives in a small business environment where every day is different Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or inside sales preferred Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sound like a good fit?
