Preventative Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a skilled PM Technician to join our growing team and help keep our state-of-the-art production equipment running at its best. What You'll Do Ensures proper operation of equipment by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the production equipment. Completes all required preventative maintenance tasks accurately and on time. Use pallet jacks, fork trucks and scissor lifts as well as hand and power tools. Coordinates with production to avoid unnecessary downtime or throughput restrictions. Becomes familiar with the equipment and escalates any unusual observations found during maintenance activities to the Maintenance Lead. Assists Maintenance Technicians as needed and as time allows. Consistently uphold professionalism and safety standards. Document work performed in our CMMS accurately and completely. Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting Facility Maintenance as needed. Wear all required PPE such as safety glasses. Follow all safety and LOTO procedures. What You Bring You know how to work on equipment safely. Experience with basic hand and power tools Basic proficiency with computers and software, including Microsoft Word, email, etc. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, standing, bending, lifting, and kneeling as needed. High school diploma or GED required. Technical certifications or trade school a plus. A strong work ethic and a passion for solving problems. Good communication skills and attitude.
