An Event Concierge is the liaison between the Events team, the on-site meeting contact, and the other operational departments. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details. The Event Concierge position was created to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of meeting & event planners and guests. This position is a proactive, empowered problem solver who provides meeting & event planners with seamless, on-site support. The Event Concierge works directly with the hotel managers typically during the on-site phase of the meeting or event. This position is a highly visible representative of the hotel who is aimed towards anticipating guest needs and resolving potential problems.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00.
