Guest Services Representative

We're seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our business.

In this role, you will be on the front lines, helping with everything from greeting guests and assisting customers in each part of the exhibition. We're looking for someone who communicates well, works great with a team, and is eager to help wherever they're needed. If you're a people person who enjoys a fast-paced environment, this job is for you.

salary: $14 - $15 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 9:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with appropriate managers, customers’ and peers
• Handle box office when necessary to collect tickets
• Assist the retail area with merchandise when needed
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner
