Maintain the physical assets of a Milwaukee area apartment complex.

Highlights:

  • Schedule: 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
  • Location: Greenfield, WI onsite
  • Pay Rate: $25/hr
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, paid time off

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vacant apartments to market ready condition.
  • Repair and improve apartments and property.
  • Perform routine inspections of property.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, water heaters and water supply issues.
  • Basic appliance repair and installation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Experience with handheld tools.
  • Basic electric and plumbing.
  • Carpentry - install cabinets and countertops .
  • Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with residents, co-workers on or off the property.
