MaineHealth Maine Medical Center in Biddeford, Maine is seeking Full time Cook. Join our team of professionals making a difference with our community, patients, patient families and staff. Making meals that matter! Caring for our patients! We use scratch ingredients and modern equipment, purchase local sustainable products whenever possible and grow some of our own produce right on campus! Our culinary leaders are professionally trained, restaurant experienced and serve safe certified! They understand the need for a good work life balance. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1.Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2.License/Certifications: Food safety certification required (e.g., ServSafe) and must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
3.Experience: One year of relevant food production experience required. One year of specialized culinary training or institutional/retail cooking experience preferred.
