Dishwasher

Dishwasher Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

*Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans

*Keep dish area, kitchen, and trash areas clean

*Sweep and mop kitchen and dining area every night

*Ensure the cleanliness of the whole restaurant

*Safely lift and move items up to 50 lbs

*Unload and organize deliveries when received

*Clean and store all kitchen equipment properly

*Follow all health, safety, and sanitation rules

*Work with kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly

*Work well in a fast-paced environment

*Pay close attention to cleanliness and detail

*Communicate and cooperate with the team

*Previous kitchen/dishwashing experience is a plus
