Marketing Alliance Samples is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing a variety of areas within our facility, including offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and public areas. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail, the ability to perform non-routine cleaning tasks, and the flexibility to take on special projects as needed. Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and other public areas as directed by management
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, including green space and the parking lot, ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Complete special cleaning projects and non-routine tasks as needed, such as deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, or window washing.
• Remove garbage and recycling materials from all areas of the facility on a daily basis, ensuring bins are emptied and cleaned regularly.
• Handle emergency cleaning requests promptly, addressing spills, accidents, or other urgent cleaning needs.
• Perform all cleaning tasks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment.
• Ensure rooms and work areas are kept clean, tidy, and fully equipped with necessary supplies for daily activities.
• Take on additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned by management to support the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of cleaning and upkeep.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilize the tact and diplomacy required to foster a team environment while keeping projects on schedule and budget.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Has previous janitorial or cleaning experience.
• Who can push, pull, stand, kneel, walk and lift up to 25 pounds
