Waitstaff
Current Openings:
Part Time | Day and Evening Shifts Available
Pool/PRN
** Pay rates up to $18.35/hour - based on experience! **
Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is located in Dousman, WI. We are seeking caring team members willing and able to commit to our workplace values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy and Fun!
What will I do as Waitstaff?
- Meet the residents while recognizing and appropriately responding to their needs
- Take food orders and serve meals to residents while ensuring their dining needs are met in a timely manner
- Bus tables as needed
- Properly clean and store dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glasses
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room floors
- Track and record meals for residents in proper logs books
What is required as Waitstaff:

- Able to communicate and follow written instructions
- Ability to work in a team friendly environment
- Able to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds frequently
