Leveling (pay) is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience.

There is potential to progress quickly within levels based on completed training and demonstrated skills on the job.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for performing general building maintenance, including the upkeep of company vehicles and other equipment owned by the company. Duties include routine facility repairs such as plumbing, lighting, painting, and supporting overall cleanliness and organization of the facility and surrounding grounds.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, facility lighting, painting, and minor structural upkeep.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the facility interior and exterior, including trash removal.
  • Maintain and organize designated areas such as truck sheds, loafing sheds, the maintenance shop, and the yard.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
  • Replace HVAC air filters regularly and assist in servicing HVAC systems to ensure proper function and regulatory compliance.
  • Support safety and compliance efforts across the facility by helping to identify and resolve maintenance-related hazards.
  • Participate in seasonal maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., snow removal, landscaping support).
  • Perform off-shift or weekend work as scheduled to meet facility needs.
  • Other duties within the Maintenance Department as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Must be willing and able to push/pull/lift to 75 pounds
  • The Team Member will stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, and reach
  • The Team Member will climb up and down stairs and ladders

REQUIREMENTS:

The team member must possess a valid drivers license.

Minimum of one (1) year of maintenance work experience documented in the work history section of the application OR be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program. Can be a combination of employers, as long as experience documented is one (1) year.
