Magical dining experiences abound at Disney's Vero Beach Resort. Our Table Service Restaurant provides the perfect setting for any occasion. Servers are responsible for greeting guests and creating an exceptional dining experience. Servers take/deliver orders and anticipate additional needs. Converse with Guests and Cast while maintaining high guest service expectations. May be involved with themed dining events. This role is tipped and requires a minimum of 3 days per week of availability including Saturday or Sunday.
This role has a tipped pay rate of $11.18 per hour.

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 6:00am while some may end as late as 12:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to serve multiple guests at multiple table stations
- Responsible for greeting Guests, taking their order, entering into Point of Sale (POS) system and verifying order by repeating back to Guest
- Must be comfortable working with Food & Beverage supplies including small trays, carafes, coffee pots, and glassware
- Practices proper sanitation procedures and maintains cleanliness of on-stage and back stage working areas
- Delivers order using designated pivot points
- Serves food and beverage to Guests at proper temperature
- Ensures that food presentation is fresh and up to quality standards
- Shares knowledge of wines, spirits to Guests
- Replenishes food and other serving items as necessary
- Assists guests with directions, event schedules and other information
- Clear tables and perform pre-bussing duties
- Some computer experience, working with POS systems; entering guest orders
- May be responsible for maintaining a cash drawer to balance at end of shift
- Completing assigned side work duties at beginning and end of each shift
- Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude to guests maintaining the show quality of the Disney experience.
- Greet guests and explaining specials.
- Handle cash and other forms of payment.
- General alcoholic beverage and cocktail knowledge (beer, wine liquors and liqueurs.)
- Demonstrated ability to own and resolve guest situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant serving experience
- Previous fine dining/table service experience preferred
- Basic wine knowledge
- Alcohol Awareness Training (i.e. RVP, TIPS or equivalent)
- Bilingual preferred
- Full availability for any shift a minimum of (7) seven days per week
