THE JOB:

As a Front Desk Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to create WOW moments for our guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free stay. THE STARTING RATE: $18.20 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests to the property, providing memorable service while anticipating their needs and resolving any complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics.

• Manage early and late property arrivals, departures, and walk-ins, ensuring a seamless experience with check-ins and check-outs.

• Enhance guest experience by offering upgraded accommodations when available and promoting M life enrollment and benefits.

• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest expectations and special requests.

• Accurately process payments and balance all transactions using proper procedures.

• Control and issue keys, ensuring the security and confidentiality of all guests while creating a relaxing and hassle-free experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 1+ Years of Prior Face to Face guest service experience is preferred

• Have open available including working overnight shifts of 10:30pm-7:15am
