Pay: $17.50-19/hour
Are you passionate about hospitality, love creating memorable guest moments, and ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a Concierge Breakfast Supervisor to oversee the breakfast and concierge experience across our dual-operation hotel property .
In this role, you'll be the face of morning service—ensuring that our guests start their day with exceptional service, seamless breakfast operations, and expert local recommendations. You’ll lead a team that blends warm hospitality with insider knowledge, managing both guest needs and staff performance across two hotel brands under one roof.
Your Role as Concierge Breakfast Supervisor:
Oversee daily breakfast operations across both hotel brands, ensuring consistent presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in both dining spaces.
Lead, train, and schedule breakfast team members , creating a unified service culture across both properties.
Act as a primary morning point of contact for guests, providing concierge-level service including recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, concerns, or feedback to ensure a memorable stay.
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs with F&B and management teams to maintain operational readiness.
Ensure both breakfast areas and common guest service zones are clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times.
Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to provide seamless service throughout both hotels.
Review and update daily shift logs, communicate key updates during shift handovers, and assist in morning reporting.
Promote a guest-first culture and uphold brand standards across both hotel identities.
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation protocols are consistently followed.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in hotel food & beverage or guest services; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Energetic morning person with a passion for guest service and team leadership.
Local knowledge and a proactive attitude toward assisting guests with area information.
Ability to lead across dual hotel brands while maintaining consistency and meeting brand-specific standards.
