Professional Bartender needed at Mezzaluna Pasteria and Mozzarella Bar in Pacific Grove

Set schedule Wednesday-Sunday 345/4pm-closing. Mondays and Tuesdays off / Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving
Can start immediately

Must be willing to follow Mezzaluna specs. We are an Amaro Bar as well as offering over 30 hand crafted cocktails on current list.

looking for an individual that has a great positive attitude, personable, gets along well with others, works well with a bar back, a team player, very clean and organized, has experience with volume, doesn't take themselves too serious, no drama, very committed to a long term position. 100% committed and available. Doesn't mind following direction.

We are a certified green restaurant.
We use only the best possible seasonal produce and product in our bar.
responsibilities will include ordering product, bar inventory, creating cocktails from inception to finished product.

We offer an hourly wage based on background/experience.
our bar consists of 5 chairs at the bar top, and 1 high top table of 4 as well as 5 seats at the couches.
$21 Hourly Wage
+ 10% total tip out from all servers
+ all to-go food order tips
+ dinner for the staff at the end of each night
+2 consistant days off
